Rapid access to physiotherapy

Virtual physiotherapy appointments can be booked during the Covid-19 crisis.

You can make an appointment directly with the physiotherapy centre on 01633 820321.

At St Joseph's our physiotherapists aim to treat both your pain and its cause; helping to improve your quality of life and prevent long-term problems.

We offer immediate access to physiotherapy providing effective treatment delivered by a dedicated and experienced team of physiotherapists. You do not need to be having surgery here to be seen by a physiotherapist - we are open to everyone.

From rehabilitation after orthopaedic or spinal surgery through to recovering from a sports injury, each service area is led by a specialist physiotherapist.

Featuring a fully-equipped 40 square metre heated hydrotherapy pool and the state-of-the-art AlterG anti-gravity treadmill accessible to patients and the public in Wales, we offer a revolutionary approach to rehabilitation and training.

Our physiotherapists work as part of an outstanding multi-disciplinary clinical team.  This partnership with consultants across 32 specialties including orthopaedic surgery, sports medicine, gynaecology, breast care, and cardiology ensures patients receive excellence care.

Advice, assessment, diagnosis and treatment - available when you need it.  The centre is open from 8am with evening appointments available to suit your busy life. Our physiotherapists have access to the hospital’s highly advanced diagnostic imaging centre giving patients rapid access to state-of-the-art scans and results.
