Excision of a lesion of the vulva

Excision of a lesion of the vulva is a surgical procedure to remove abnormal growths or lesions from the vulva, which is the external part of the female genitalia. These lesions can be benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous) and may include conditions like cysts, warts, benign tumours, or precancerous lesions. The goal of excision is to completely remove the lesion, preserve the function of the vulva, and ensure that any potentially cancerous tissue is fully excised.
