Feedback and Complaints

We care about your experience at St Joseph's Hospital

Patient feedback is important to us. It helps us appraise those involved with your care as well as improve services and facilities to meet our patients' expectations.

We always strive to provide the best possible service however where we can improve we would like to know so that we can learn from the experience.

A member of the team will provide you with a patient feedback form during your stay.

We are required to report certain items of data to the Private Healthcare Information Network (PHIN) therefore it would be appreciated if you could complete the feedback form provided prior to discharge.

If you would like to make a formal complaint, or register a suggestion, please ask a member of our team. This will then be logged with the most senior manager who will coordinate a response to your feedback.

All comments and complaints are taken seriously. Hospital staff are committed to assisting you with any comments and concerns, however, should you wish to make a formal complaint please write to:

Your complaint will be acknowledged within two working days and you will have a full response within 20 working days of receipt of complaint.
