Professional bio
Tom is an experienced senior physiotherapist who earned his BSc in Physiotherapy from Cardiff University in 2019. Shortly after graduating, he began working in a musculoskeletal outpatient department within the NHS, where he has spent over five years treating a diverse range of patients—including those recovering from surgery, chronic pain, spinal related conditions and individuals with sports injuries.
In recent years, Tom has advanced his career through roles in private practice, occupational health (notably with the South Wales Fire and Rescue Service), and as a first contact practitioner within a GP setting. He has provided care to patient population ranging from elite athletes to clients involved with insurance cases.
In addition to his main career, he has contributed to semi-professional sports by offering on-the-spot assessments and managing treatment for acute sports injuries, as well as providing sports massage when required to support recovery.
