Job Summary

We are seeking a Pricing and Patient Liaison Coordinator to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in delivering a premium patient journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare clear, timely and accurate quotations for consultations, diagnostics and surgical procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for self-pay and insured patients, ensuring a concierge-level service.
• Provide information on treatment pathways, timelines, and expectations.
• Support commercial objectives by maximising enquiry conversion and pathway efficiency.
• Uphold CMA/PHIN transparency standards while maintaining a polished communication style.

Essential
Experience within private healthcare or luxury service environments.
Exceptional interpersonal skills; calm, articulate and confident with patients.
Strong numeracy and attention to financial detail.
Highly organised, discreet, and proactive in anticipating patient needs.
Desirable
Hospitality, concierge or luxury customer service background.
