St Joseph’s Hospital is seeking a customer focused individual to help to provide a high-quality service to organisations with whom we are working with.
The post holder will be expected to have extremely high professional standards, to be patient-focused and work effectively within our small team. The ability to maintain confidential information is also a key requirement for this position. They will also have good numeracy and literacy skills as well as the ability to deal with a wide variety of general administrative duties including maintaining a log for all patients’ notes, booking transport, ensuring consultant availability is updated weekly, answering incoming calls and ensuring all patient information is logged and filed correctly.
The successful candidate will be confident using Microsoft programmes such as Word and Excel. Full training will be provided on our bespoke case management system.
